The location is unbeatable. Right on the beach, with a stunning view. I expected a balcony and received a handicap room with a small sunroom instead. The shower lacked a tub, which made bathing my small child quite challenging. Worn-out bed springs and paper-thin walls disrupted our sleep. The continental breakfast was minimal, and the room needed a thorough clean—broken shades and a clogged shower drain were disappointing. We had to cut our trip short due to these issues. A refund or a voucher for a future stay would be appreciated. There’s potential here, but improvements are crucial.

My partner and I had a relaxing beach getaway at this location. Despite a few minor issues, like slow internet and noise from nearby construction, we appreciated the beautiful views of the ocean from our room's balcony. The convenience of being within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, and wharf made our stay enjoyable, and we especially enjoyed the Thai restaurant on the property grounds.

A bizarre incident with a mentally unstable man in the lobby left me shaken, compounded by unresponsive management. The free breakfast was a joke, just a fruit or an uninspired pastry. A great view can't overshadow these persistent issues.

Even though we had a stunning ocean view room with a private balcony perfect for relaxing and enjoying breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, I was thrilled to discover how close we were to popular attractions—like the Santa Cruz Wharf, just a brisk 5-minute walk away, and the tranquil Neary Lagoon Park, almost 1.5 kilometers away—making it super easy to enjoy weekend strolls while soaking in the sunny California vibes; the room itself was spacious and comfortable with great beds, but the internet connection left a bit to be desired, hindering our streaming options.

Plus, the shared balcony felt awkward, and there was barely any space in the bathroom for our stuff. Super disappointing!
