the castillo real resort has a lovely restaurant with great food and service, steps away from a beautiful, clean beach. perfect for combining relaxation and exploration.

check-in was a bit late. and the bathroom vanity could use better lighting.

Maintenance could use a serious overhaul!!! It's frustrating when advertised features like spa tubs are removed without notice!!! Inconsistent cleaning protocols and poor water pressure left much to be desired!!! The pool area could definitely benefit from better upkeep!!!

the shower had no place for soap or towels, and low water pressure made for a disappointing experience. i also expected an apology gift or at least a room upgrade for the inconvenience caused by the renovations. just when i thought i could leave a good review, the heat made the ac feel like a jet engine. awful!

The pool was cold as, and the shower pressure was weak—definitely needs a fix. But the staff were super helpful, which made up for it heaps!

Rooms are lovely and tastefully decorated, just steps from the beach. Plus, they've got a hot tub and pool right there for ultimate relaxation after a beach stroll. Breakfast was surprisingly delightful too, who doesn’t love a good meal?

But, darling, my room had a view of a dumpster—charming! And the curtains? Let’s just say I had a very well-lit last night, whether I liked it or not!

I adored my stay! The cleaning was spot-on, and I had a fabulous room with an amazing view that even had a jacuzzi. Can’t forget about the warm and welcoming vibe—totally cozy!

But, honestly, running out of cream for my coffee was a tragedy! And don’t even get me started on the whole 'towel retrieval' process—it’s not a workout, darling!

The beach access is just steps away, and the hotel was elegantly designed. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The Castillo Real Resort boasts an appealing decor with friendly staff, particularly Candace at the front desk, who arranged a fantastic tour for us. Our King Suite with Spa Bath and Balcony was clean and well-designed, featuring lovely French doors and a relaxing jacuzzi, although the pool could use better maintenance.
