Seriously, the elevators are painfully slow, and the housekeeping really needs to up their game!!! A little more effort in cleaning would go a long way!!! Also, the carpets and furniture look like they haven't been updated in decades!!! Overall, just disappointing for a hotel at this price!!!

My stay was truly delightful! The lake view from my room was mesmerizing, especially during sunset. The property excels in cleanliness and has easy access to scenic walking paths. The on-site F2T restaurant was a hit, with generous portions and friendly service that made dining there a pleasure.

The views of Seneca Lake from my room were amazing. I couldn't stop staring! I loved the spacious layout of the King Room with Lake Front View. The F2T restaurant offered fantastic meals, especially the breakfast burritos that hit the spot each morning!

Had a great time with friends! The kids loved the playground and fitness center. The views of the lake were amazing. Make sure to check out the Pier House Restaurant. the staff was super friendly and the food was solid. I'd definitely recommend this spot for a group getaway!
