As a light sleeper, I loved the quietness of the rooms. I was able to sleep peacefully without any disturbance.

I felt very comfortable during my stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is located near a large lake created by the Charles River, providing a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with newly renovated facilities offering a high level of comfort. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the large public spaces. The hotel also has easy access to nearby attractions in the Boston area, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Some guests have mentioned that the location is a little further from Boston than expected, which may be inconvenient for those who prefer to park their car and use public transportation.

Located by a lake with free parking. Helpful staff, great breakfast, and good location for canoeing. Close to a direct shuttle to Fenway, in a nice neighborhood, and easy access to the highway. Spacious room with comfortable linens, clean shower, and all necessary amenities. Beautiful Lakeview and iced coffee met expectations.

A few minor drawbacks, such as the bathroom sink being too low for taller guests and the extra charges for Wi-Fi and parking. Additionally, the quality of the TV could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay here. I enjoyed sitting on my terrace and admiring the amazing lake view created by the Charles River. Additionally, the location was perfect - close to the Riverside T stop and not far from a metro line to Boston. The staff was extremely accommodating and provided excellent service. The hotel amenities were high quality, including comfortable bedding and a great in-room coffee maker.

The scenic view from the room was breathtaking. The staff was helpful with a seamless check-in process. The room was spacious with all necessary amenities, including a thermostat we could control and a fridge. The sitting area in the room was a nice touch. Breakfast and coffee were great and there were green spaces and the Charles River nearby.

The renovated room was pleasant and clean, with a good, sized TV and plenty of outlets. the location of the hotel was convenient for visiting nearby areas like Newton, Waltham, and Weston. Having a refrigerator in the room was a bonus, especially since there was a grocery store nearby to stock up on food.

There was almost no interaction with the staff, except for a brief check, in at the front desk. This lack of engagement prevented me from giving a higher rating.

Convenient location near the end of the green line 'T' to Boston. Enormous and nicely decorated lobby area. Nice view of the lake. Beds were comfortable. Friendly manager at check out.

Pricing issues, such as not receiving the balcony room we reserved and being charged for parking despite the security gates being replaced. Room had some maintenance issues, including frayed carpet edges and a narrow shower area.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was both quiet and spacious. The location was perfect for my business trip, and the staff went above and beyond to provide great service.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to expand the variety of breakfast items available.

I had a great stay at Marriott in greater Boston. The room was comfy, the service was fast, and the hotel facilities were nice. It's a good value for your money and newly renovated. The staff was helpful, and they have lovely amenities like a swimming pool and breakfast. I'm especially grateful for their amazing customer service when they found my lost diary and promptly sent it back to me in the UK.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Newton for Newton's Indigenous Peoples Day ceremony and celebration. The check-in process was easy and the parking location was convenient for attending the event. The staff at the hotel were extraordinary - from the friendly woman vacuuming the lobby who held the elevator for me, to the helpful man at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist me with a PDF. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the lobby and dining areas were pleasant and welcoming. The Food & Beverage Director, Jerry Winston, and the staff at the lounge bar were extremely polite and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely be recommending the Marriott to family and friends.
