For the price we paid, we got great value for money. The room was clean, had new furniture, a spacious bathroom, and comfortable beds. The hotel's location on the water was beautiful, with stunning ocean views from our balcony every morning. The staff were friendly and the hotel was well-maintained and clean. It was also conveniently close to the airport, making our travel hassle-free.

The breakfast option could have been better, it was a bit overpriced for what was offered.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on the waterfront, within walking distance of a stunning Japanese garden, was perfect for exploring all the activities in the area. The service from the staff was outstanding, especially the friendly and helpful front desk staff who accommodated our request for a higher floor with balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities including a kitchenette, flat-screen tv, and free wi-fi. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel had a little bit of everything. Its location along the seafront in front of the nice Coconut Island was perfect for us. The area was impressively quiet, and the service and staff were very attentive and friendly. Not to mention the rooms with a balcony for a great view of Mauna Kea!

Wonderful buffet for dinner. Convenient to downtown and airport. Large, well-maintained property with free parking. Quick and easy check-in. Used laundry facilities. Suite exceeded expectations.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness, comfy beds, and convenient parking. Its location was superb, as it was close to the beach, situated in the lagoon, and right next to the exquisite gardens on the waterfront. Plus, we enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby coconut island and witnessing Tai Chi sessions. The musubi snacks from the little shop in front of the hotel were a delicious treat in the mornings. The staff was friendly and delightful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location right next to Coconut Island and in the city center of Hilo was perfect. It was great being able to easily access the waterfront and enjoy the beautiful bay view. Additionally, having a nice quiet park on the ocean right next to the hotel was a bonus. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, making the stay even more enjoyable.
