We loved the festive holiday atmosphere in the lobby, with hot chocolate and wine during happy hour. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown and enjoying meals at Panzano, the hotel's restaurant. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our daughter especially loved the special touch of being offered a goldfish named "Snowflake" for our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown Denver. We were able to walk or Uber everywhere and explore all the breweries, restaurants, and shopping areas that were just outside our door. The hotel itself was luxurious, providing enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome, and their knowledge of the area was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed the warm lobby with a cozy fireplace and the great restaurant on the premises. The highlight of our stay was the champagne and cupcakes that the staff had prepared for us. it was a wonderful experience!

No coffee maker in the room, no phone charger when asked for one, no earplugs when asked for some, and no asprin when asked for some. For the price we paid, I expected better service and amenities.

The value for our money at Kimpton was excellent, with spacious and clean rooms in a great location. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading us to a king room with a spa bath and happily watching our bags after checkout. Highly recommended and we'll be back.

More breakfast options would have been a nice addition to our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and had darkening shades, allowing me to sleep in late. The hotel facilities were great, with coffee/tea available until late morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Monique, who made sure I got my coffee even before the restaurant opened. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk or use a rideshare service. Additionally, I appreciated the assistance from the front desk staff in making reservations at a new restaurant in Cherry Creek.

The wine social was a nice touch and it was great to interact with other guests. the hotel decor was unique and fun, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was convenient, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The wifi was a hassle to access, as I had to join their awards program and even then the connection wasn't great. the bathrooms were underwhelming and in need of improvement.
