The Corner King Room had a funky smell and couldn't shake off the run-down vibe. Despite setting the AC to a toasty 23 degrees, the room felt as cold as an NYC winter.

Hilton in the heart of Manhattan offers breathtaking skyline views and spacious, modern rooms that provide a comfortable stay. the convenient location near restaurants and a nearby train station adds to the overall excellent experience.

Minor maintenance issues: pin light fell, squeaky elevator, old carpets. No complaints.

Excellent Location and Friendly Concierge Staff

The location of the hotel, especially for those working at the UN, is fantastic, and the concierge staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the overall service quality, cleanliness, and room amenities left much to be desired, with issues ranging from unfriendly staff to dirty carpets and lack of room service.

One positive aspect of my stay was the friendly staff. the front desk was efficient and helpful, and the bell desk staff were always willing to assist.

As a tourist, I absolutely loved the stunning views from our room on the 35th floor. The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of great eating options within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for food and transportation. The bed was large and comfortable, and the towels were soft and fresh. The hotel felt peaceful and private, providing a great sense of relaxation. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Millennium Hilton One Un Plaza for a business trip. The bathroom was luxurious and well-equipped, and the room offered stunning views of the East River. The staff was professional and the housekeeping was impeccable. The location was perfect, with notable landmarks and the United Nations nearby. The bed was comfortable, and the size of the room was just right for my needs. I also received excellent assistance from Stephanie and our housekeeper, making my stay even more enjoyable.

stayed at Millennium Hilton One Un Plaza, view on the 40th floor was breathtaking. Clean room, spacious layout for 3 adults. Helpful concierge for luggage storage. Friendly staff, especially Justin at the front desk. Close to Grand Central, easy access to attractions.

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel is located in a very nice area, right in the city center. The views from our room in the west wing were fantastic. The room itself was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also loved the amenities provided, such as the soundproofed rooms and the kitchenette. The staff at the lobby café were very kind and attentive, providing excellent service. our experience at this hotel was top-notch.
