We had an incredible stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The reception team, especially Gabriel, was excellent and gave us useful information about the property. The location of the hotel was convenient and central, with easy access to restaurants, entertainment, and stores. It was also close to the convention center and major tourist attractions in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the common areas were clean and attractive. we were impressed with the hotel facilities and the comfortable bed. The pool area was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax and unwind.

The hotel had a unique and elegant ambiance, with beautiful decorations that made us feel like we were staying in a castle. the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. We were impressed with the service, including the arrangement of a late checkout and providing a blow-up sword for our child. Additionally, the hotel had lovely amenities such as free coffee in the morning, flavored water throughout the day, and free cookies in the afternoon. the location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to various attractions and restaurants.

The carpets in our room looked a bit grubby and could use some refurbishment. Although the cleanliness of the hotel was generally good, this was a minor drawback.

I loved how conveniently located the hotel was to the Convention Center and the highway. It made getting around Orlando so much easier. The design and decor of the hotel was also impressive, with a boutique feel and touches of luxury. The lobby, restaurant, and bar areas were beautifully decorated, and the artwork throughout added a nice touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my short stay enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and plush bath towels. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Castle hotel for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been more pleased. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Tupac helped us with our luggage and treated us like longtime friends throughout our stay. Holden provided excellent service in the restaurant, and we're already planning a return visit just to hang out with him. Chantelle went above and beyond to make our anniversary special by arranging a late-night dessert. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a medieval castle vibe and a stunning terrace on the 9th floor. Plus, the location is perfect, right next to Icon Park and close to all the attractions.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many restaurants and all the Orlando attractions. It's right on International Dr where mostly everything is in the area. The service and staff here are excellent, providing great customer service throughout my stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also has a wonderful outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities, perfect for relaxation. I had a great experience here.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as it offers a great location and fantastic services.

Our weekend getaway at Castle Hotel was perfect. The location was ideal, connected to the lively TUTU TANGO, and conveniently close to the main strip. Check-in was a breeze with knowledgeable staff. The huge pool and separate hot tub area provided relaxation, and the rooftop offered stunning views of the city. The room itself was spacious with comfortable beds and efficient AC. The bathroom layout and shower were impressive. With its castle-like appearance, the hotel exuded character and style, making it stand out from generic options. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the poolside bistro was a great spot for breakfast or a drink. If I return to Orlando, there's no doubt I'll choose Castle Hotel again.

The hotel's location on International Drive is perfect for accessing all the Orlando attractions. It's right in the heart of the action, but still quiet enough to escape the noise and traffic. Additionally, the hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices for parking and no hidden fees. The staff are attentive and provide outstanding service, ensuring that all your needs are met. The rooms are well-appointed and come with all the necessary amenities, including a cute little fridge. Furthermore, the breakfast options offered are a nice inclusion and provide a convenient start to the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were above expectations.
