Loved the huge room—felt like a cozy apartment! The view from the top floor was simply breathtaking with the fall colors. The friendly staff made my stay extra special; they truly listen to guests' needs!

The location is nice and feels secluded away from the main road. Check-in was super easy and the staff were friendly. My room had comfy beds and a big bathroom with a fantastic standalone shower. Lots of amenities like flat-screen TV, free toiletries, fridge, and even a tea/coffee maker. The pool area is great for relaxing and there’s a fitness center too.

While we faced some challenges with our room and unexpected charges, the front desk team was incredibly accommodating and resolved our issues with care. The property itself was well-maintained and the location, though a bit far from downtown, offered a peaceful retreat.

I had such a frustrating stay! The pillows felt like they were from a budget hotel—some too soft, others way too hard. Plus, the air conditioning vents were filthy. Definitely not what I expected for the price paid!

The pool area was beautifully located and impeccably clean. the ability to charge my electric car was a significant convenience. I experienced severe safety concerns. Multiple men knocked on my door, insisting I had their belongings. One even attempted to enter my room. The hotel’s security response was lacking; they focused more on the men's chaos than my well-being. Check-in was frustratingly slow, and I was given the wrong room type. I hope management addresses these issues ’ safety and comfort. Positive elements were overshadowed by serious missteps in guest security and service.
