Had a great Christmas stay at a beautiful property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the fact that the room was newly remodeled and we were even upgraded. The location was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. One more advantage was the privacy we had during our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The air conditioning didn't work properly, leading to uncomfortable nights.

The rooms were huge and had great amenities. Also, the location was perfect for exploring the area. the rooftop pool was a nice bonus and had amazing views.

The mini bar fridge didn't have enough space and the wardrobes were too small. There weren't enough slippers or bathrobes in the room.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a beautiful neighborhood and within walking distance to all the bars and attractions. The staff were always extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel also had a great gym and the building itself had a cool history.

The Chamberlain West Hollywood is a great hotel in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed staying here as it provided a peaceful respite from the bustling city. The location is perfect, nestled in a residential area off of Santa Monica. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, offering excellent service from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the room service and the convenience of on-site car hire and dry cleaning services. This place truly made our stay in this area memorable.

The service I received at this hotel was exceptional! When I had trouble with the WiFi, a friendly staff member went out of their way to help me, just like the staff did for another guest. The rooftop pool and bar were a great bonus, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend staying here.

I had an amazing experience during my recent city trip! the hotel was in a great location, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool deck and the private cabanas, it was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel also had a fantastic restaurant with a fresh menu and delightful staff.

The only downside of my stay was the noise level. There were occasional disturbances from outside, which made it a bit difficult to sleep peacefully.
