The property manager, Lorraine, was amazing - friendly and attentive. The communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The property itself was neat and unique, located in an old bank building with framed bank safes as art. The large windows provided great natural light, and there were plenty of coffee shops and a grocery store nearby. The location was close to everything, including the harbor.

It was really convenient for us to grab some groceries or a quick cup of coffee whenever we needed.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the parking situation was a bit frustrating.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect! It was within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants downtown. Plus, it felt safe and secure, which was a relief. the apartment itself was beautifully laid out with charming details and had a spacious and classy atmosphere. the hosts, Lorraine and Machelle, were excellent communicators and made sure that we had a pleasant stay. They really put effort into making their guests feel comfortable.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the pull-out couch was quite uncomfortable as a couch, and the shower head was a bit difficult to use for shorter individuals.
