One downside was the lack of a working ice maker on the floor. Despite the staff being understaffed, they were not proactive in finding a solution when we requested ice for our room.

It was also conveniently close to other areas of the building and very near to the Chicago ORD airport. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly staff who was willing to accept our requests to the prompt room service and car hire options. The hotel amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area, in-room safe, and a large flat-screen TV with plenty of movies to choose from. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend this hotel.
