Staff were exceptional. Room was clean. Convenient location. Good breakfast.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and hospitable. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The modern artwork and room design added to the welcoming and safe atmosphere.

We felt truly cared for during our stay and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. The blinds were a great touch as they effectively blocked out the light, allowing me to sleep undisturbed. The onsite restaurants in the casino were a pleasant surprise and the staff was incredibly helpful. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the casino with harness racing in the back made it convenient and enjoyable, especially during the cold and windy weather. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.

All was well during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the race track and casino, making it a great place to relax and play. the front desk staff, especially Mr Kendall, were professional and provided excellent service. the rooms were modern and well-equipped with comfortable beds.

There were some downsides to our stay. the wifi in our room was unreliable, and the closet door couldn't be closed without leaving the bathroom door open.

We stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located close to the event we were attending. It was also within walking distance to a very nice casino that kept us entertained. The room was spacious with elegant furniture and the bathroom was modern. We enjoyed the breakfast which included hot items like eggs and sausages. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

Housekeeping took pictures in one of the rooms which made the guest feel uncomfortable and this was not addressed.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while attending an event at MAPFRE Stadium. The location was perfect, just a short drive away. The staff at Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus Scioto Downs were amazing! They greeted us every day and were always available to help. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the access to the casino was a plus. The breakfast was excellent and the parking was convenient. a great stay!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing staff

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly and greeted me with a smile. The front desk clerk, Katie, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. She even surprised my kids with cookies, making their day! The breakfast served was also fantastic. Despite these minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend Hampton Inn for its amazing staff and clean rooms. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great stay! the breakfast was delicious and we loved the personal touches, including the good luck messages. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel's decor was beautiful and created such a romantic atmosphere. the location was perfect for a romantic escape, with plenty of nearby attractions and excursions. We also appreciated the complimentary amenities, which really added to our experience.

Honestly, we didn't have many complaints. the only minor issue we had was with the noise level in the hotel.

The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to Columbus. The hotel was modern and well-equipped with brand new amenities such as touch lamps and USB chargers. Our spacious room had elegant furniture and high ceilings. The breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of hot items like eggs, sausages, potatoes, and waffles. The staff, especially Mary, was friendly and made sure everything was replenished.

We felt very well taken care of, with no complaints at all.
