The whole vibe of the hotel was perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The rooms were snug but had space to hang clothes, a good sized bathroom, and the comfiest bed ever. The views from our room on the 24th floor were insane. The decor and small details like USB charging points and a hair dryer were great. The hotel even left us champagne and snacks to celebrate our engagement. The location was fantastic, just two blocks away from Times Square and Rockefeller Centre. The staff was friendly, and cleanliness was excellent. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

From the dry cleaning and housekeeping to the laundry and welcome drink, they made sure all my needs were taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable seating areas and a lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the views. Free Wi-Fi was also available, which was a definite plus.
