During my weekend stay, I really enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. the bed was cozy and provided a good night's sleep. Checking in and out was a breeze, thanks to the helpful and delightful staff.

There were a few aspects that didn't meet my expectations. the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows had a strange odor.

The room was comfortable and quiet, with beautiful views, cozy beds and helpful staff. The location was ideal for us and we were impressed with the hotel facilities, specifically the pool.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, but we were able to manage without using the valet service.

The room was fantastic, with a stunning view of the city and river. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful, especially Tim who gave us a great tour route suggestion. the restaurant had delicious food, and they even had veggie options like the 'impossible' burgers. the top floor club room was well worth it.

We were disappointed with the reception staff, who were not very efficient or friendly. Additionally, we were charged an unexpected $60 for early check-in without any prior mention of this fee.

I had a wonderful stay at the Omni Richmond Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when our sorority conference was cancelled abruptly. They allowed us to check out on the same day without any hassle or attitude. The hotel itself is beautiful, and our Club level room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and happy hour options in the Club level were substantial and enjoyable. The indoor pool was a great addition to our stay.

Despite a few minor issues with noise from neighboring rooms and a slight disappointment with the mini bar, the Omni Richmond Hotel provided an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel during my Christmas stay. the location was perfect, as it was close to the highway and had a Starbucks on site. the room was very comfortable and clean, providing a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who made me feel important and ensured that I had a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail was fantastic. The location was perfect for exploring the city - just a short walk from Trevi's Restaurant and some excellent food options. The rooms with the double queen beds were clean, comfortable, and cozy. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast offered - it was the perfect start to each day!

The menu at the dining room was not very appealing, but the location of the hotel made up for it. It was conveniently located near major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the friendly staff and great shuttle service were a big plus. the shuttle took us within a 5, mile radius of the hotel, which was very convenient. the location and transportation services were the best aspects of our stay.

There were some negatives during our stay. the lack of free Wi, Fi was disappointing, as we had to pay an additional fee to access the internet.

The newly renovated room was so cozy and had a great view of the city. As someone who appreciates comfort and aesthetics, I felt right at home.

The on-site dining options were a bit limited for my taste.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. This venue is located close to everything we wanted to see and do. The running path along the canal plus the huge selection of restaurants were just a few steps away. Also, the service here was exceptional. The friendly staff, especially the manager, made us feel important, and we enjoyed the beautiful welcome drink. We were surprised to see that even the hearing impaired services were perfect, and the turndown service was a cherry on top!

Definitely, this hotel is the one you must choose if you are willing to have a memorable and convenient stay.
