Our stay at the mountain resort was fantastic! The value for money was great, and our room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, offering a beautiful view of the slopes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, especially on my mother's birthday. They even left a towel flower and a birthday card on the bed!

The morning meal could have been better if there were more options available.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a kitchenette which was convenient. the parking was easy and the hotel was located just a short walk away from the mountain, making it convenient for skiing. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the ski instructor, Andy, who went above and beyond to make the lesson enjoyable for our 10, year. the resort had amenities for everyone, including a good ski school and various dining options.

The on, duty manager's response was not satisfactory, although they did compensate us with complimentary meals. the resort also had a summer camp that used the pool, and we were not aware of this prior to our visit.

This hotel is great value for money. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. The location is perfect for events in the NYC area and there are two restaurants to choose from, both of which serve delicious food. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that have a kitchenette overlooking the slopes or two queen beds.

No negative aspects could be found during this stay.

My husband and I celebrated our 8th Anniversary here in July. Even though we don’t live too far away, it was the perfect getaway that made us feel a million miles away in the woods. We loved the several jacuzzis and that they were open until late at night. The property was well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they all seemed to love their job. The rooms were beautiful and the rates were great. We had a blast and can’t wait to visit again in the winter.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Great pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Enjoyed playing frisbee golf and walking the property. Bar by the pool had tasty drinks. Good food in the dining hall. Outdoor pool had beautiful views. Lots of activities available.

Bear Creek Mountain Resort provided the perfect getaway for my husband's birthday celebration. We were looking for something special and relaxing, and the resort exceeded our expectations. The spa was fabulous and upscale, offering a truly indulgent experience. Our room was beautiful, with a cozy fireplace and a stunning view. We enjoyed a romantic and delicious dinner, which made our stay even more memorable. The convenient location of the resort, surrounded by mountains and close to amusement parks and events, added to the overall appeal. Additionally, the staff demonstrated excellent customer service, especially when guest services allowed us to change our snow tubing tickets due to bad weather. The adult Discovery snowboarding program was a highlight, with an affordable price and fantastic instructors. We were lucky to have LT Dan as our instructor, who was patient, knowledgeable, and gave us great pointers. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay at this hotel.

We had such a great value for our money at this resort. The room was clean and comfortable, with beautiful mountain style decorations. The location was perfect, surrounded by scenic views and a nice quiet atmosphere. The staff treated us with kindness and kept the hotel clean. We were really impressed with the outdoor beauty and the efforts of the landscapers and gardeners. Will definitely be back!
