Exceptional service from Sela at the front desk stood out during a chaotic check-in. Despite our room not being ready, she handled the situation with grace. The hotel itself was clean, with comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and a great location. Some amenities could use improvement, like breakfast options and pillows. A bizarre issue with our initial room added to the frustrations, but the manager’s kindness the next day was appreciated.

The staff was rude and unhelpful, especially during breakfast. They wouldn’t give us anything we asked for, and our room wasn’t cleaned at all. Definitely not worth the money!

The room was spacious with two comfortable queen beds and a sofa. Cleanliness stood out, though I noticed a random pack of cigarettes under the bed. Water pressure in the shower was excellent, perfect for unwinding. Occasionally, humidity seeped in from a gap by the window, making the air feel stale. The lack of clean towels required me to ask for replacements after 72 hours. The staff was friendly, especially in the breakfast area, but the crowded conditions made it difficult to enjoy. a comfortable stay that hinted at potential improvements in upkeep.

Just a short stroll from the beach and local eats

The convenience of being just a 60-second walk from the beach made my stay incredible since I could easily pop over to the shore for a leisurely stroll whenever I wanted and with a variety of delicious restaurants like King of the Sea and Maple Tree Pancake House only a few steps away, my dining options were abundant and satisfying while the spacious and clean room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including a mini fridge and a microwave for late-night snacks but I did notice the pool was closed during my visit which was a slight disappointment.

The location is superb—right across from the beach. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, easing our confusion as first-time guests. Our spacious room suited our family's needs perfectly. the experience had its flaws. Breakfast was served cold, despite being freshly prepared. One room had a broken toilet; another had a persistent drainage issue. The major setback was cleanliness. Upon arrival, we found stained sheets. The front desk's response was disappointing—no housekeeping available, just an offer to change them ourselves. Lastly, room requests were mishandled. I felt dismissed. The amenities need improvement, and the atmosphere could be cleaner. With significant adjustments, this place has potential.

Had a fab time! Room was spacious and comfy, with a fridge and microwave. The beds were super nice. Staff were really friendly. Pool was closed, but the fitness center had decent equipment. The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the beach. Lots of parking too! Perfect spot to save on activities with the coupons by the elevator.

The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away! Our room was huge and super comfy, perfect for our family of four. The breakfast had a great variety and the pool was the cherry on top for our sunny days!
