I recently visited this wonderful resort for a romantic weekend getaway with my partner and I must say, it was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of the lake.

Although we had a fantastic time overall, I must mention a couple of minor drawbacks. there was a lack of channel guide for the TV, which made navigating through the numerous channels a bit challenging.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was unbeatable, right on a bike path along Lake Michigan. We loved being able to take walks on the beach and enjoy the beautiful views of the bay. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to cater to our every need. From the room service to the shuttle service, they made our stay truly comfortable and convenient. We also enjoyed the wide range of amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. We felt pampered and rejuvenated during our entire stay.

We highly recommend this place to all our family and friends.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in northern Michigan. The view from our room was beautiful, and we especially loved enjoying it while sitting on the patio by the lake. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide friendly and welcoming service throughout our entire stay. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities was top-notch, and the location in the Petoskey area made it convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions.

I had an amazing time at this lakeside hotel! The location was perfect, with a patio overlooking the beautiful Lake Michigan. The Vintage restaurant was a tourist hot spot, serving delicious food with a stunning view. I loved exploring the bike path along the lake, it provided a refreshing and scenic experience. The rooms were comfortable, with clean bathrooms and excellent service. Breakfast was a treat, with a wide selection and attentive staff. The facilities were top-notch, and the room had great advantages like a balcony and waterfront view.

The parking situation could use some improvement.

Lovely hotel with a great view from our room. the included breakfast was wonderful and had a wide variety of options. the surrounding area was beautiful and made for a nice getaway despite the not-so-great weather.

Our room had a Murphy bed which, although comfortable, was difficult for us as a couple in our 60s to get out of. Additionally, our room wasn't ready when we arrived, which was a disappointing first impression.

The lake view suite had an exceptional view and was clean with all amenities. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Could not be improved in any way.

Fantastic Location and Amazing Views. During my stay at the Inn at Bay Harbor, Autograph Collection, the beautiful location and breathtaking views of Lake Michigan truly stole my heart. Being able to relax and unwind in such a stunning setting was a dream come true. The hotel is perfectly situated, providing easy access to the main street in Petoskey, where festive celebrations took place during my visit. It was a joy to stroll around, enjoying the festive atmosphere, with stores offering free samples and even a chance to meet Santa. The hotel's free shuttle service to and from the event made it all the more convenient.

Although there were some minor drawbacks, such as some of the pricing feeling a bit high and not receiving a total on spa charges before my card was charged, these were overshadowed by the overall fantastic experience. I would highly recommend the Inn at Bay Harbor, Autograph Collection to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in a picturesque location.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning was a huge bonus, offering a delicious variety of options. The location right on Lake Michigan was perfect, allowing me to relax on the patio and enjoy the beautiful beachfront.

The on-site car park and 24-hour reception made everything convenient. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the water. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was the price, as the hotel was a bit on the expensive side. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey as well.

The lake view suite had exceptional views, stunning! The staff named Johnathan and Julia were hands down the best, providing excellent service. Breakfast had a variety of delicious options. Satisfied with the immediate resolution of room concerns. Impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff throughout our stay.

Great view, beautiful room, friendly staff. Room prices went up, couldn't celebrate anniversary there. Would have been nice.
