Utterly satisfied

Had an amazing 2-night stay in a Quarry View King suite. Loved the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom. The spa and wellness center was superb, with a fitness center, hot tub, and outdoor swimming pool. The views of Little Traverse Bay were breathtaking. Breakfast was awesome with tons of fresh options. Can't recommend this spot enough!

Stunning views from my Quarry View King suite were unforgettable. The balcony provided a perfect spot to unwind with evening s'mores and gaze at the lake while enjoying superb service from Jonathan and Julia.

Multiple housekeeping inconsistencies left me disappointed. The dining options were pricey with slow service, muddling my overall experience at this upscale resort despite its beautiful setting.

the spa pricing was absoultely ridiculous. No one informed me of costs before charging my card. i would’ve thought, as a guest in a Quarry View suite, they would’ve rolled out the a carpet for me, yet it was just ordinary. and how hard is it to maintain cleanliness in a supposed upscale establishment? just couldn’t recommend this place.

Wow, the breakfast was a real feast! The made-to-order omelettes and the fresh waffles were highlights (such a great way to start the day! ). The staff really went above and beyond—always attentive and warm!

the autographs collection is a fantastic spot! we loved the quarry view king suite and the beautiful views. the outdoor waterfront pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa treatments were a highlight. the night staff, johnathan and julia, provided outstanding service, making our stay even better.

The elevator felt like it needed a tune-up. And really, do we need a shower door workout to get in the bathroom?

The cottage at Inn At Bay Harbor offered stunning lake views but had minimal amenities for larger groups, like a single small lotion bottle for seven guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and there were some noise issues. However, the location is ideal for weddings and exploring nearby towns.

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoying the picturesque golf courses right in America's Summer Golf Capital. Additionally, our spacious cottage had everything we needed, including a delightful outdoor area. My father joined us, enriching our experience with shared laughter and memories.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly options on the menu.

such a chill hotel. the lake view is really nice and i loved how comfy the beds were. staff was super friendly and helped me when i thought i lost my pencil. breakfast outside was a cool touch, and s'mores by the fire each night were fun! having tesla chargers on-site is a nice bonus too!

but the breakfast service was kinda slow and our room coulda been cleaner. also, the fireplace timer clicked a lot which was annoying.
