Super clean and comfy place. Great location, just a few blocks from key spots and the subway. Loved the water machines on each floor. The room had everything we needed—good AC, fridge, flat-screen TV, and free gym access. Staff was super friendly. Plus, there’s a British pub on-site for drinks and breakfast.

The check-in process was easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I appreciated my quiet room allocation away from lifts. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature control worked well; I slept soundly each night. the bathroom felt a bit cramped. Some furniture showed signs of wear, and I missed having a wardrobe. The lack of soundproofing was noticeable; I heard noise from the neighboring room one night. the ongoing supply of filtered water and coffee was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring, and overall, the stay met my needs effectively.

Incredible staff, truly exceptional. Juberto’s attentiveness turned a shaky start into a rewarding experience. Upgraded to a suite after addressing room issues—much appreciated. Clean rooms and powerful showers, though some maintenance adjustments are needed; stains on carpets and bed linens weren’t ideal. Location is perfect, with easy access to transit and attractions. The on-site pub is a convenient bonus, serving solid food. communication issues persist; my coffee requests were mishandled a few times. a blend of great service and clear maintenance lapses. I would return for the hospitality, but expect room improvements. A few tweaks would elevate the experience significantly.

Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall is excellently situated, just a short stroll from key attractions like Faneuil Hall and Boston Common. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the free drinks and reusable water bottles available on every floor—great for staying refreshed while exploring the city.

Perfect for Exploring Downtown and Nearby Attractions

The hotel is just a few blocks from Boston Common and all the Freedom Trail attractions, making it an ideal base for walking around and soaking in the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of the city, with highlights like Quincy Market, the Institute of Contemporary Art, and the Boston Children's Museum all within easy walking distance, plus the friendly staff and decent room amenities added to the enjoyable experience, but it would be great if the electrical outlets and charging ports were more convenient.

I felt like a fancy detective at Elephant & Castle Pub, enjoying modern English food. Laundry perks were a delightful surprise. The panoramic views and comfortable beds made me want to start an Instagram blog.

I had so much fun tripping over my suitcase in the tiny, nonexistent room space.

I loved how cozy the room felt with a super comfortable mattress! The central location made exploring so easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Diane at the front desk! I can't get enough of the filtered water stations - I may have filled my bottle a few too many times!

Pros My friends and I had a blast! Rooms were clean and comfy, and free coffee and tea near reception was a nice touch. Location was spot-on, close to metros and famous spots. Plus, having water on every floor was super convenient. We felt safe parking nearby at a good rate and loved the nearby breakfast pub!

Cons Wish the rooms had tea bags, but I improvised and made my own. Bathroom door needed a wipe, but didn't bug me much.
