Spacious room, cozy lobby with snacks, and always available hot beverages. Housekeeping needs improvement, found hair in shower. Front desk went above and beyond to provide extra pillows for a good night's sleep. A top choice for future travels.

I chose this hotel for a work convention and found it well-located in downtown Boston. The staff was friendly, and the WiFi was excellent, making it convenient for my work needs. The nearby restaurant for breakfast was a great addition.

The one service I missed for my work was the lack of availability for a proper invoice from the hotel.

Great spot for exploring Boston, close to all the main attractions. The room with the fully stocked kitchenette was a lifesaver, and the free coffee machine in the club room was a nice touch to start the day. Helpful staff made our stay pleasant, but the pub next door was a disappointment. Nonetheless, we'd probably give this place another shot. 🏨

Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall in Boston was a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, the staff was exceptional, and the gym was great. The room was cozy and baby-friendly. The nearby landmarks like The Institute of Contemporary Art and the Bunker Hill Monument provided excellent family bonding opportunities. a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

just had a fab stay in the hotel right in the heart of boston! 😍 the location is great - everything's a short walk away. the staff, especially carla, were so welcoming and helpful. My room could use a bit of sprucing up, but it was comfy and ready for me early. A lovely experience!

For the value I paid, the room at this hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the subway, harbor, and great restaurants and shops. The staff was polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

My friends and I had a blast during our stay at a hotel in downtown Boston! We went on an awesome boat tour, packed with wild tales from the Revolutionary War and sea stories. Plus, we couldn't miss a chill stroll in the Garden and rode on those super iconic swan boats. It was a total blast!

The only thing that would've made our stay even better is if the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene for young party-goers like us.
