I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my business trip. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was beautiful and cozy, with comfortable linens and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was also perfect, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities. Additionally, the room service was excellent, with delicious meals delivered right to my doorstep.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The food options at the hotel were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the valet service took quite a long time to retrieve my car from the parking lot, almost causing me to be late for an important meeting. These were minor inconveniences, but they did impact my overall experience somewhat.

On our recent stay at the St. Regis, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt like VIPs. The newly decorated rooms were stunning, combining classic elegance with modern technology. The on-site bar and restaurant were top-notch, offering outstanding quality. We were amazed that with each visit, our experience only got better. It's a must-stay if you're looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Atlanta. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Thanksgiving at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The staff was attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. The restaurant had delicious food, and the wine selection was top notch. We especially loved the cozy fireplace in the lobby and the comfortable beds in our room.

While some areas of the hotel were beautifully renovated, others were in need of updating. The carpets were worn and the hallways could use some fresh paint. Additionally, the elevators were slow and sometimes overcrowded. a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

From the moment I walked in, this hotel was luxurious. The beautiful decor and exclusive amenities like the spa lounge and outdoor swimming pool made for a great stay. The service was top-notch and every request was fulfilled promptly. The restaurant offered special diet menus and the in-room breakfast was delicious. The private facilities, including the spacious room and sun terrace, made for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. The location advantage was being centrally located to many attractions.

The full body massage service had a minor issue with timing, but it did not take away from the overall positive experience.
