The location is ideal, just a short stroll to downtown. The spacious pool area felt refreshing on hot days, making it a great place to unwind. Plus, I loved the late pool hours!

However, parking was a hassle and pricey at $18/day, which detracted from the experience. One morning, I had to call multiple times for towels, which was frustrating.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at Hilton Palm Springs. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience delightful, particularly Patricia and Lena, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The spacious rooms were nicely appointed, and the pool area provided a perfect blend of relaxation and socializing, just a short walk from downtown attractions.

Housekeeping could have been more attentive.

Despite requesting cleaning and towel changes, there were inconsistent responses regarding when housekeeping would come, making it feel more like a hassle than a hotel stay. The lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from my overall experience.

The spacious pool area was a hit, complete with ample chairs and cabanas that made relaxation easy! I loved having my own balcony with a stunning view, perfect for soaking in the vibes. The on-site bar staff was incredibly attentive, making every cocktail experience a delight.

the pools are super nice, really good for chillin out after a hot day. the staff by the pool were so friendly, made us feel really welcome. also, the location is awesomely close to downtown, we could just walk to shops and restaurants. our room was clean and comfy, slept really well. loved the mountain views from the pool area too!

but the elevators were kinda slow and we had to wait a lot. also, the housekeeping was a bit slack, we had to ask for extra towels and stuff.

The pool area was fantastic for our whole family, especially with our teens. We loved the spacious rooms and the friendly pool staff made our time relaxing. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to nearby attractions.

My wife says that the receptionist could have been friendlier and slowed down when explaining the hotel policies. It would be great if housekeeping came daily without multiple requests.
