The availability of 24-hour coffee was a big plus for us, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The only downside was the absence of daily room cleaning, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

The room features convenient facilities like a small fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. With easy access to transportation and nearby attractions like Fisherman’s Wharf, it was a great spot for family bonding. The sun terrace, leisure/TV room, and close proximity to famous landmarks made for a relaxing stay overall.

fantastic location for the race, close to Embarcadero and Union Square. the room was spacious with a kitchenette, great for families. complimentary laundry facilities and a snack bar were a nice touch. beautiful view of the Bay Bridge for the New Years fireworks.

The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the financial district and close to many attractions. Improvement could be made in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

The staff at this hotel were always so friendly, despite my extremely late check-in. They were quick, accommodating, and extra helpful. Loved the fact that the room had a kitchen area, which came in handy. Free coffee, tea bars, and cereal bars every morning were a nice touch. the location was central, making it walkable to Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, and the Embarcadero. Getting upgraded to the room with the kitchen was a pleasant surprise.

One improvement that could be made is to add more variety to the breakfast options. Having just coffee, tea, orange juice, scrambled eggs, or pancakes is a bit limited.

The location next to the Ferry Building and Embarcadero was fabulous! Breakfast options nearby were GREAT. Staff were helpful. I would choose this place again. Photos didn't do justice to the cozy rooms.
