Convenient Location and Access to Entertainment: The hotel's ideal location in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring put me within walking distance to many entertainment venues, restaurants, and local businesses in the area. It felt like I had the whole city at my fingertips!

Wake-Up Call Mishap: Unfortunately, the requested 10am wake-up call didn't come through. While my phone alarm saved the day, it was slightly annoying to rely on a safety net that didn't quite catch me.

We had a fantastic stay at Doubletree By Hilton! the room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. the bathroom lighting and shower head were particularly impressive. We also appreciated the smooth experience, from the delicious food to the well-organized meeting/event space. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Downtown shops and restaurants. It was also convenient to have the option of accessing Wheaton Mall via the shuttle service. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and we loved the split restaurant with its breakfast options and fine dining in the evening. the underground parking was a great feature, located conveniently close to the elevators.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and had a great bathroom. The staff treated me like royalty from check-in to check-out, and the lobby was always spotless.

One thing that could make the breakfast even better is if they had a wider selection of dry cereals and whole milk. It was a bit hard to find milk for cereal, and I really missed having hot chocolate as an option.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Jackelyn Tomlinson who went above and beyond during check-in. the location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for us to get around the city. We particularly loved the proximity to the mall and restaurants. the hotel restaurant served delicious breakfast at a reasonable price, and the two ladies working in the dining room were exceptional. the cleanliness of the room and facility was impressive, and we appreciated the availability of Starbucks coffee. Even though we didn't get to use the amenities, we could see that the pool was of a good size. it was a comfortable stay for my son and me, thanks to the great service and convenient location.

As youngsters, we loved the key card access to our floor and the variety of channels on the cable. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and we adored the unique scent of the toiletries. The hotel lobby and hallways were clean and well-maintained.

We felt right at home and had absolutely no complaints about our stay.

The Doubletree By Hilton was definitely worth the money. The recently remodeled rooms were attractive and comfortable. The location was ideal, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff, especially Cedric, May, and Curtis, were exceptionally helpful, friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even moving us to a room with two beds for the following nights. The entire staff, including Oliver, Lorenzo, and Blanca, made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The only downside was that the breakfast could have been better. The morning meal could benefit from a greater variety of menu choices.

I also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable for the quality of service. The staff at this hotel was exceptional, always attentive and friendly. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the rooms were comfortable, especially the king size bed with very good sheets. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Silver Spring for a weekend getaway. The lobby was neat and clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable with a great view. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the transit station for easy access to Washington DC. There are also plenty of eateries within a 10-minute walk. The hotel staff was helpful and check-in was a breeze. Security was excellent throughout the hotel. I was highly delighted with my stay and would definitely visit this hotel again.

The hotel's location is amazing, being very close to the metro station and within walking distance to the downtown Silver Spring area. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including both European and American choices. The staff, especially Julian at the front desk, provided exceptional service, making us feel relaxed and welcome.

I appreciated the two complementary drinks we received upon arrival and the free shuttle service to convenient nearby shops and attractions. the central location in the city made it very easy to get around and explore. the hot breakfast served was a pleasant surprise and the staff who served it was friendly and accommodating.

The room walls were thin and I could hear every sound from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and the towels looked old and worn.
