The value for money at the Delphi was great, and our room was comfortable and stylish. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast offerings, which could use a little improvement.

Stayed at The Standard for a few nights and had an amazing experience! The room was perfectly air conditioned, blankets were comfy, and the shower was oh-so-amazing. The mini bar was great with reasonably priced goodies. The WiFi worked flawlessly, which was a big plus for me as I had a ton of homework to do. Can't wait to check out the rooftop next time!

The hotel manager, Scott, is very attentive and resolved any issues I had promptly. The hotel offers 24-hour room service and a fully stocked minibar. The receptionist checked if I liked the view from my room, which was a nice touch. The restaurant staff was friendly and courteous. it was an enjoyable experience.

The hotel is located in a downtown neighborhood that is up and coming, with everything you need during your stay. The rooftop bar offers great service and a fantastic atmosphere, perfect for a night out. The staff, Jordan Stone & Taizja Tate from Guest Experience, provide excellent service and make you feel welcome. However, the hotel is not on the same level as the Standard in Hollywood/Beverly Hills area.

There is an issue with the valet service which resulted in damage to our car.

The room was upgraded for free and the front desk staff was accommodating. They printed work for free and the 24/7 diner had great food and attentive servers. A top choice downtown, not pretentious like other boutique hotels. Friendly staff despite my age.

The accommodation was nice and clean. The terrace with a pool amidst LA's skyscrapers was beautiful. Restaurants had professional staff and a convenient location downtown. The newly opened "shopping" destination at 7th&Fig is worth checking out.
