Amazing rooms, friendly staff, great location, beautiful lobby.

The location of this hotel was fabulous, right in the heart of old downtown. It made it easy for me to commute to all the museums I wanted to visit in this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely Corner Suite and Delightful Dining Options

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and were thrilled with our corner king suite. The spacious layout, comfortable bed, and generous bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's design is truly stunning, blending modern elegance with classic charm.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was nice to have everything I needed in close proximity.

There were several downsides to my stay. Firstly, the hotel was undergoing extensive construction, which was not mentioned beforehand. This led to limited public spaces and dining options, and the available bar was subpar. Additionally, the service was lacking, with slow bell service and unhelpful staff. These issues were disappointing and did not align with the luxury expected from a hotel of this caliber.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The shower was phenomenal and the service was amazing. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, my stay at this Autograph Collection hotel was memorable and enjoyable. Overall I highly recommend it.

Our stay was perfect - convenient location close to everything you need in the city and a short ride from the airport. The elegant decor and comfortable beds make for a great night's sleep. The staff is welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure that we had a memorable experience. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each day and appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks in the bar.

The front desk staff could have been more attentive during car retrieval, but it didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience.

The two restaurants were really good and the pool was enjoyable, perfect for a hot day. The complementary sparkling wine for my sister's birthday was thoughtful. The location was handy to have essential shops in the area.

The "Executive double King SUITE" because it was too small for the price and had poor lighting. Even though it was advertised as a proper suite, it didn't always match up with the pictures and the description. The front desk experience didn't make me feel welcomed and made my arrival stressful. Additionally, the heating and cooling system was very loud and disrupted our sleep. I wouldn't stay there again for the price.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with a luxurious stay that fulfilled all of my needs. The service was exceptional, with a friendly staff who assisted me with all of my requests. The Spa and wellness centre was relaxing and offered a full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding with a beautiful view. The restaurant offered delectable dishes and the location was perfect with many attractions nearby. The room advantages were exclusive and included a private facility that made my stay more comfortable.

The only minor issue was the noise level, but it did not detract from the comfort and luxury of my stay at this hotel.
