the hotel was truly exceptional - from the modern/traditional look to the spacious rooms. The friendly service and personalized attention made us feel special. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary car service and the delicious room service meals. We will definitely be returning.

Bathroom outlet didn't work.

The location of this hotel was fabulous, right in the heart of old downtown. It made it easy for me to commute to all the museums I wanted to visit in this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at The Adolphus, Autograph Collection for a weekend getaway. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean with a fresh scent. Although there was some noise due to renovations on our floor, the helpful and friendly staff made up for it. The showers had great water pressure and temperature, and there were plenty of lights in the room. I appreciated the interesting and useful information in the room's book, even though the checkout time mentioned was incorrect. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to Deep Ellum and downtown.

We recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and were thrilled with our corner king suite. The spacious layout, comfortable bed, and generous bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's design is truly stunning, blending modern elegance with classic charm.

While the elevator wait times were slightly longer than expected, it was a small inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful stay we had. The Adolphus, Autograph Collection is truly a gem, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was nice to have everything I needed in close proximity.

There were several downsides to my stay. the hotel was undergoing extensive construction, which was not mentioned beforehand.

I also enjoyed the newly remodeled fitness center, complete with great machines and downtown views. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, and the courtesy car was a fantastic convenience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything downtown. I felt like a movie star staying at The Adolphus and would highly recommend it to others.

The two restaurants were really good and the pool was enjoyable, perfect for a hot day. the complementary sparkling wine for my sister's birthday was thoughtful. the location was handy to have essential shops in the area.

Even though it was advertised as a proper suite, it didn't always match up with the pictures and the description. the front desk experience didn't make me feel welcomed and made my arrival stressful.
