The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The parking was convenient and I could easily access my car. The location was fantastic as I could walk to downtown in just a few minutes. It was also near beautiful hiking trails.

We had a fantastic experience at this inn. It had a great location, allowing us to easily walk to downtown Mt. Shasta. the energy and cleanliness of the facility were exceptional, which was especially important to me as a highly sensitive person. I was pleasantly surprised by the uplifting and pure energy as soon as we walked in. the ability to drink free, fresh water from the Headwaters at Sacramento River was a bonus. I highly recommend Cold Creek Inn for its memorable stay, beautiful surroundings for morning meditation, and peaceful atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to downtown and offering nice views of the mountain. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive, even giving us a discount when the online system wasn't working. The contactless check-in process was convenient and protected our safety. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding and wood plank floors. We also appreciated the hotel's pet-friendly policy and the presence of USB plugs, a fridge, and a microwave.

As bike riders, we loved the convenient location of this inn, just a short 5-minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen in our clean and cozy room was a great amenity, and the helpful information about the area was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the pet facilities, including a grassy area, were excellent. a great value for the money, with comfortable beds, soft bedding, and plenty of towels. The view from the bathroom window, although small, offered a glimpse of Mt Shasta's peak.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from downtown where I found plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice linens. I was also impressed that they provided earplugs, which came in handy for the occasional train that passed by. Despite the small appliances being a bit outdated and loud, everything else was great. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. I had a wonderful experience at Cold Creek Inn and would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at Cold Creek Inn for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with some updated furniture. The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes from downtown and several great restaurants. We enjoyed a nice view of Shasta from the room, and it was surprisingly quiet considering the cars parked right outside. The binder in the room had helpful information and we discovered a fantastic dinner spot, "Say Cheese," thanks to their advertisements.
