The location is stunning, and the food, especially the pizza, is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even helping us with parking our trailer horizontally across spaces. They assured us that security would check on it throughout the night. Best hotel experience yet.

The lobby of this hotel is so inviting with a cozy fireplace and a Starbucks and bar right next to it. The modern and comfortable rooms have all the upgraded amenities you could ask for. The hotel restaurant serves amazing food with a beautiful mountain view from the patio. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time staying here! Its location near the downtown area made it easy for us to explore different attractions, including the Olympic Museum and Manitou Springs. The staff provided excellent service, including dry cleaning and wake-up calls. Our room was well-equipped with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and coffee/tea facilities. We enjoyed relaxing outside on the terrace with the garden furniture.

We stayed in a hotel near Colorado Springs with fantastic mountain views. We enjoyed the location on top of a hill, which provided a beautiful view. The hotel is situated near downtown and close to a great restaurant. The accommodation was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious, and there was a good range of products available. The internet was reliable, and the breakfast was tasty. The outdoor seating was lovely, with fire pits to enjoy the view.

The pool was dirty, and the elevators were old and noisy.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful mountain views from our balcony. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also loved the amenities offered, especially the well-equipped fitness center and refreshing pool. a great experience!

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. the soundproofing between rooms and the Concierge Lounge could be better, as we experienced some noise disturbances during our stay.
