I found the hotel exceptionally clean and well-maintained. the staff members were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed. the location was central, close to all attractions, yet in a quiet area, reducing traffic noise. I appreciated the hotel facilities, especially the well-lit surroundings that enhanced the feeling of safety. Cons: Entirely content; no particular discontent during my stay.

The staff was always friendly and helpful during our 4-day stay. the lobby and common areas were spotless, giving a sense of safety. We loved the comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep.

The layout of the hotel was a bit unconventional, requiring multiple elevator rides to reach our room. Noise traveled easily from the lower levels to our 19th-floor room, affecting our stay.

We encountered stained bathroom wallpaper and missing towels upon arrival. Despite this, the comfy bed and pleasant lobby made our stay enjoyable. the view was a nice escape. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.
