The staff at the hotel were incredibly professional and friendly. They were always eager to help and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The service provided by Ms. Crystal Moran at the front desk was exceptional and deserving of high commendation. The hotel also had excellent breakfast options and the use of unscented or lightly scented detergents and cleaners in the rooms was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel near the visitor center on I-81 was convenient for our stay in this city.

Everything is what I need and want.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, and the parking was convenient. The location was perfect for me, as it was next door to a church, within walking distance of local shops, and surrounded by several good eating spots. Plus, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning. But what really stood out to me was the staff. They were all incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I even had one of the cleaning ladies assist me with my luggage when she saw me struggling with a double stroller. It was such a kind gesture that made a big difference.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our 10-day vacation to Harpers Ferry and Antietam. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and there was no harsh cleaner smell. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The room was pleasantly cool upon arrival, without any need for adjustment. The staff, especially Tara at the front desk, were extremely knowledgeable and provided us with valuable information about local attractions and dining options.

The rooms are always kept super clean, with a king-size bed and a nice-sized mini-fridge, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all guests' needs are met. Breakfast is also provided, ensuring a hassle-free start to the day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing and gave us great customer service. The location was perfect, next to the visitor center on I-81 and convenient to local shops. The leisure swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool were great for relaxing, and we loved the seasonal outdoor pool and health club. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. We also appreciated the dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the delicious breakfast that was offered daily. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
