the room was beside the noisy pool party, and shower pipes screeched like a banshee. i thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been standard for such inconveniences. i almost praised this place but just couldn't. staff could smile more, like, is that too much to ask?

I had a memorable experience with the huge rooms! They even asked me if I had a floor preference, which was thoughtful since my son was recovering from a volleyball injury. Also, the rollaway bed was impressive, it had a foam mattress and was super easy to set up, so we could all sleep well.

This place suits me perfectly. I enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fitness studio, and a great breakfast. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with directions. I’ll definitely keep coming back for the new year!
