It was also conveniently near the wineries that we were interested in visiting. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a big pool and hot tub filled with natural hot springs water. The rooms were fresh and modern after being renovated, and the staff, particularly Sean at the reception, provided excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our room was ready ahead of schedule for our wedding. Additionally, the hotel provided plenty of complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch.

The staff was fantastic in the customer service department, making us feel welcome and even providing us with complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine for our mini honeymoon. The pool area was also nice, and the comfortable bed and clean rooms added to our great experience. this hotel delivered on all accounts, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

First and foremost, the location was fantastic. It was just a short walking distance from downtown and the Oat Hill Mine Trailhead, which was perfect for exploring the area. The rooms were ample and very clean, with nice bathrooms. I especially liked the fact that they had a double queen room which worked perfectly for my family.
