My recent stay at Comfort Inn was fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the check-in process quick and easy. The room was clean and well stocked, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job. The location was perfect, close to food and shopping. The commitment of the staff to ensuring guest satisfaction was impressive. Even a new employee went out of his way to help us navigate public transportation. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. A truly exceptional experience.

The value for money at Comfort Inn was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and had its own thermostat. The hotel's location was also convenient, especially for those visiting the DeLand Municipal Airport.

Rooms in need of updates, especially the old and dirty carpets with multiple stains. the AC/Heating systems were noisy and had a constant buzzing and rumbling throughout the night.

Disliked the entrance only on one side of the road, making it inconvenient to access. the pillows were not comfortable, going flat too quickly and requiring multiple stacked together.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn in DeLand for three nights while on a business trip. The cleaning lady was amazing, providing excellent customer service and kindness throughout my stay. The room was incredibly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the location of the hotel was convenient. Additionally, all of the staff members were accommodating and friendly. I was especially grateful that the cleanup crew found and returned my electronics that I had accidentally left behind. This level of service alone makes me want to choose this hotel again in the future.
