This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right across from the mall. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the attention to detail is incredible. The rooms on the upper floors are perfect as they provide a great view and are very quiet. The upgrade of the sink to a more modern one along with the addition of a fridge and microwave was a great surprise. And with breakfast included, it's definitely a great value for money!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was also great to have covered parking available, making it easier for us during our stay. Additionally, the room we initially stayed in was spacious and comfortable.

There were a few negative aspects of our experience. the noise insulation was poor, as we could hear our neighbors talking, which was quite bothersome.

Additionally, the car park facilities were convenient, with the added benefit of late-night parking for hotel guests. The breakfasts were delicious, and room service was prompt. The hotel had excellent room facilities, including a coffee maker, TV, and safe. It also had a gym and swimming pool for guests. Another highlight was the walkway connecting the hotel to a nearby shopping mall, which was a fantastic bonus.

Despite some minor issues, we had a great stay at Sheraton. The bed was comfortable, and the staff, especially the bell boy and restaurant staff, were friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The bed was really comfortable and the linens and pillows were of great quality. The room was surprisingly spacious and the contemporary furniture added a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and I was impressed by the facilities for meetings. The best part is that it is directly across the street from a huge mall, so I had easy access to plenty of food options. Plus, the location is perfect as it is near everything I needed to get to, including green spaces for exercise or walking my dog.
