The room was very, very clean and comfortable and nicely set up, facing that view, which was the best view of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The amenities like the plasma TV, microwave, and mini-fridge were very convenient, and the high-speed internet access was reliable. The hotel's central location and easy access to the Downtown Trolley Line made it extremely convenient to explore the city and its attractions.

The rooftop pool, which was one of the advertised amenities on the website, was closed during my stay. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience at Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown was enjoyable.

During my recent travel, I had a pleasant transit stay at Comfort Inn Memphis Downtown. The hotel's location, just 20 km away from Memphis International, made it incredibly convenient for my quick stopover. The generously sized guest rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable and tranquil environment for relaxation.

Despite the advertised rooftop pool, it was not available during my stay. This minor discrepancy was a disappointment, especially as I was looking forward to enjoying this feature amid the August heat.

I traveled to Memphis for a weekend getaway and stayed at the Comfort Inn downtown. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to park for free. The elevators were impressively fast and the rooms were clean with a beautiful view of the Mississippi river. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great, though I wish my family could have joined me. a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located right at Front Street, making it very close to downtown and within easy walking distance of Beale Street. Some rooms offer amazing views of the Mississippi River, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fabulous beds and newly refurbished interiors. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of delicious options to choose from including make-your-own waffles, eggs, sausages, fruit, and more.

I had a great experience at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better - it was close to everything I wanted to see and there were even trolleys available for easy transportation. Lastly, the breakfast was a fantastic start to the day with a variety of options included in a bag.

The room was larger than expected and very clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location offered a great view of the river and was convenient for walking to attractions or taking the trolley. No issues with parking and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The bed was too firm for our liking. It would have been nice to have larger beds available.
