Had a blast with my friends at the outdoor pool, and the location was super convenient for checking out the nearby Haywood Mall and hitting up the Swamp Rabbit Trail for some fun biking and hiking adventures.

It would have been even cooler if the hotel had a more happening nightlife scene for young partygoers.

The hotel's location is perfect for families, just a stone's throw from Haywood Mall, Greenville Zoo, and Bon Secours Wellness Arena. The Swamp Rabbit Trail nearby offers a great escape for hiking, biking, and enjoying a change of scenery. The outdoor pool provides a refreshing way to unwind after a day of exploring.

My wife says that having a dedicated kids' play area would be a great addition for families with children.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a popular area that we always visit when we're in Greenville. The location was excellent, as it was very close to a variety of restaurants, shopping options, and even the mall. The staff provided great service, from the attention to detail in our rooms by housekeeping to the helpfulness of the desk clerk, who promptly placed our bags in a chair for us. The basic amenities were well-maintained, with housekeeping making sure to refill empty toilet paper rolls in the bathroom. And the breakfast included in our stay had a good assortment of food, ensuring there was something for everyone.

All was top-notch, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is in a great location for our planned activities. The rooms were impeccably clean and modern. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when I realized I had booked at the wrong Hyatt, they quickly switched my reservation and cancelled the other one. Special shoutout to the hostesses Rosalind and Patrice, who engaged with us every time we interacted. The spacious living room area with a sectional sofa and ottoman was perfect for our group gatherings, and the fridge was ideal for chilling our snacks.

Great location: This hotel is conveniently situated near all the places I wanted to visit in Greenville, especially the mall. It made exploring the city a breeze. Attentive staff: The hotel staff was always friendly and accommodating, from helping with our bags to promptly attending to any requests we had. Clean and well-equipped rooms: The rooms had all the expected amenities and were well-maintained by the cleaning facility. The attention to detail, such as the empty toilet paper roll being replaced, was impressive. Delicious breakfast: The breakfast offered a good assortment of food, ensuring we started our day on a satisfying note.

The breakfast experience was disappointing as the quality and variety of food had declined at other Hyatt Place hotels. Additionally, the new policy of asking for room numbers during breakfast felt unsafe and inconvenient.

Our room was quite spacious and immaculate. I was impressed by how close it was to both local shops and downtown. The staff was courteous. They gave us a complimentary glass of wine since we had to wait more than an hour to check in. I would recommend this hotel.

I gotta say, Hyatt Place in Greenville really nailed it when it came to value for my money. The room was hella nice and clean, and I loved how they had a separate sleep area and a chill zone with a sectional couch and footrest. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower was so freaking amazing that I didn't want to leave. Plus, the room had plenty of space for all my gadgets and chargers. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast spread was top-notch. Definitely gonna stay here again!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a business trip and was pleased with my experience. The hotel provided sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer in the lobby, which was comforting during this time. The grab and go breakfast included a muffin, orange, and water, which was convenient. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, with modern and classy décor. The staff went above and beyond with their smiles and attention to detail, providing excellent customer service. The location was close to everything I needed and the price was reasonable.

We had a great time at this hotel during our romantic escape. the complementary breakfast was a great way to start the day with plenty of options to choose from. the location was perfect with easy access to the main roads and attractions. We also loved the free shuttle service that saved us the hassle of finding parking. the room was spacious and spotless, and the bed was comfortable.

The only downside we encountered was the initial check-in process. the person at the front desk seemed preoccupied with her phone, and we had to wait for a few minutes before someone else came to assist us.
