The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool, which was perfect for my kids to cool off after a fun-filled day of shopping. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to freeways and close proximity to restaurants. It was the perfect choice for my conference at the nearby Gaylord.

The staff was great - very professional and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in 30 minutes early. the breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh. Also, there was a good variety of food options for breakfast.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par. the bathtub had hair in it and there were dust bunnies around the ledge.
