Great mattress and pillows for a good night's rest. Clean and nicely appointed room with convenient amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. Good cable package and reliable wifi. High ceilings made the room feel spacious. The shower was solid and provided a refreshing experience.

The male front desk attendant was rude and unhelpful, not offering assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs. Additionally, there was no Do Not Disturb sign for the room door, and the staff's response to this was unhelpful as well.

The hotel went above and beyond by starting breakfast an hour early for us runners who had to leave for a race early. The location was convenient for our activities in the area.

We were in town for a funeral and had two rooms for our family. The one with the king bed still had room for the 4 adults and two children to gather and spend time together. Very comfortable accommodations. The staff was friendly and very helpful in all respects, especially accommodating to us as we traveled by motorcycle. the stay was comfortable and the location excellent for travelers visiting the Ozarks. The front desk staff who checked us in was the most outgoing friendly person we've encountered. Good selections for breakfast and good coffee.
