I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in West Covina for a family trip. The hotel had unlimited coffee and a delicious free breakfast spread with waffles, sausage, potatoes, toast, and fruit. The staff was incredibly helpful and even went out of their way to provide a bed liner for my special needs daughter. The hotel is well kept, with modern amenities, and is conveniently located near the freeway and within walking distance of several restaurants. Parking was easy and free, and our room had a refrigerator. The staff also provided coffee and tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which caused some inconveniences. the breakfast was served in a private room, but the alarm went off at 6am, disturbing our sleep.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location near Southpoly and MtSAC universities. The hotel also had several restaurants nearby, some even within walking distance. The basic breakfast, although limited in choice, covered all the essentials like waffles, eggs, yogurt, and cereals. The check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and the free parking was a bonus. The staff was exceptional - always available, polite, and incredibly helpful. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds, good temperature control, and a nice TV. Despite many families staying there, it was surprisingly quiet.

The rooms, though they may have fewer amenities than before, are clean and comfortable with two double beds. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is a nice added bonus.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. the location was perfect for my needs, being within minutes of a phenomenal shopping center and having plenty of dining options nearby. Additionally, the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were modern, comfortable, and quiet. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with the rooms following the typical Hampton Inn floor plan.
