I had a fantastic stay here! the accommodations were top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms. the friendly staff made my experience even better. the hotel is conveniently located near places I needed to visit, ensuring easy transportation. the breakfast provided was a nice touch, adding to the overall positive experience.

Our stay in this hotel was surprisingly pleasant, even though we were in what appeared to be a high crime area. The location was extremely convenient for the cheer competition we were attending. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the convenient location near restaurants and convenience stores. The facility was modern and quiet, with friendly staff and comfortable beds. The sitting area was spacious and well-lit, and the bathroom had a magnifying mirror. The hotel also had a mini mall nearby, perfect for shopping and entertainment. we had a great experience and would definitely come back soon.

The instant coffee in the morning was undrinkable. the noise level was a bit too much, especially in the evening, as other guests were very unruly and loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Despite being located in a rough area, this place felt very safe and secure. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, and we were even provided with complimentary tea and coffee facilities and free toiletries. The buffet breakfast was great with a good variety of options, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated having access to on-site parking and Wi-Fi.

The complementary wine and chocolates were a nice gesture. the room had a great view of the city skyline and was conveniently located near downtown attractions. Plus, the bed was super comfortable.

The noise level was unbearable. We could hear every little noise from other rooms and the street.

The room at Comfort Inn & Suites at CrossPlex Village was super cozy with a separate sitting area and a laptop-friendly workspace. The free WiFi was a total lifesaver for me, and the bathroom had complimentary toiletries!

I personally found the soundproofing in the double room a bit lacking.

Rooms are new and clean, and the location is great with plenty of nearby dining and shopping options. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious. Southern charm is evident in the top-notch service. Plan to return.
