We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to our room everything was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the exercise room which we didn't get a chance to use but appreciated having. The parking lot had excellent lighting, making us feel safe and secure during our stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a computer and printer available for guests to use.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn in Crestview during a family reunion and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel special. The facilities were very clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the little power strip on top of the nightstand, which made it convenient for me to plug in my CPAP machine. The beautiful breakfast area was always spotless with friendly staff who were willing to answer any questions I had about the area, and the lobby smelled nice. The room and bathroom were very clean but had an odd tissue holder location. The good selection at breakfast included well-seasoned scrambled eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles.

The front desk attendant, Skylab, checked in with me to ensure everything was perfect in my room, and Lisa from breakfast went out of her way to accommodate my needs. The attention to detail and excellent service really stood out to me.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was very positive and I don't have any major complaints. The only small improvement I would suggest is to provide larger televisions in the rooms.
