We had a fantastic time exploring the attractions in the area during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, providing easy access to all the sights we wanted to visit. Not to mention, the friendly staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. we appreciated the clean lobby and the availability of a coffee station upon arrival, a small but much-needed detail after a long day of biking.

We were a bit concerned about the safety aspect of the hotel. Only one staff member wore a mask, which felt inadequate given the ongoing situation.

The night manager was friendly and helpful, reaching out before our late arrival. Facilities were great, including spacious rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast had a good selection and attentive staff. Convenient location near Costco.

We particularly enjoyed the inviting lobby and lounge area. the guest rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also appreciated the proximity to the nearby college campus. it was a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

The drain in the shower didn't thoroughly drain, causing a minor inconvenience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly helpful. They even upgraded us to a suite room, which was immaculate and lovely. the entire facility was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had that new build smell. the beds felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathroom was huge. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options.

The location of this hotel was fantastic - right in the middle of everything with easy access to downtown and JMU. The lobby was always clean and inviting, and the front desk attendant even went out of their way to make sure we knew what channel the Olympics were on for my daughter. I appreciated the coffee station available upon arrival, it was a small gesture that meant a lot after a long day on the road.
