Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and informative. The lobby was updated and clean, with a well-lit bar. The restaurant had amazing servers and the front desk was responsive.

The location is great, right in the heart of downtown. It's walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The check-in process is fast.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, dry and not much variety.

I recently had an unexpected layover in a different city and stayed at Doubletree By Hilton in Billings. The staff, especially Cathy, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. They were incredibly helpful in handling any potential issues and even took care of all the arrangements before my arrival. The hotel's shuttle service made it incredibly easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience.

My recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I especially loved the handmade chips. The WiFi connection was excellent, which made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay.

Lack of a coffee shop downstairs was disappointing.

The staff was friendly and gave us two complimentary facts about the city upon check-in. the complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch and started our day off on the right foot.

The room was a bit overpriced for what it was, and the decor could use some updating. However, the cleanliness was great so it made up for this aspect.
