Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and informative. The lobby was updated and clean, with a well-lit bar. The restaurant had amazing servers and the front desk was responsive.

The staff, especially Cathy, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. They were incredibly helpful in handling any potential issues and even took care of all the arrangements before my arrival. The hotel's shuttle service made it incredibly easy to get to and from the airport, which was a huge convenience.

The hotel I stayed at during Christmas had a great location for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and gave us two complimentary facts about the city upon check-in. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch and started our day off on the right foot.
