Staying here was a great experience! This venue is located right in the heart of downtown district which is so convenient since I could easily walk to all the shops and commercial services. The staff was so helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed and even offering tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were also great, with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Plus, they have an outdoor swimming pool which was nice to use in the hot weather.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the downtown area.

This hotel is located in the heart of the downtown district with easy access to Biscayne Blvd and I95. The rooms are spacious with balconies and basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

Recently stayed at the Courtyard for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, with easy access to the beach via bus or taxi. They even provided information on the bus links, which was very useful. The facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast options at the on-site Starbucks were decent and satisfying. a great value for the price, especially compared to other luxury hotels in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown and in a great neighborhood. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a restaurant and bar on site. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows felt like I was floating on a cloud. The staff were attentive and approachable, and one employee in particular was awesome and even helped with our luggage. The hotel also had parking on site, which was a good value compared to other options in the area.

We stayed at Courtyard for our pre and post-cruise stay. The staff was helpful, and the shuttle service to the cruise port was a big plus. Checking in early and holding our bags after check out was very convenient. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. We loved the coffee, microwave, and fridge in the room. The location was great, within walking distance to the waterfront and bus/boat tours. We will be back.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel to the cruise port was a big plus, and we were able to check in early when we returned from our cruise. it's a great hotel in a great location. This hotel is situated in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is also conveniently close to the cruise port and has excellent views from the rooftop pool. The rooms are comfortable with well-equipped bathrooms and friendly service. Breakfast is available, but it can be expensive.

The parking fees are somewhat pricey and don't include a shuttle to the airport.

This hotel was conveniently located near various attractions like Bayside Marketplace, Hard Rock cafe, and the beachfront. It was the perfect central spot for exploring and enjoying lots of fun things to do and see. The rooms were a good size, clean, and well-appointed. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, and the basic amenities met our needs.

Despite a few minor issues, our overall experience at this hotel was great. However, the breakfast cost seemed a bit high for what was offered, and there was a small inconvenience with the bathroom door.

The view from the hotel was also nice. As business travelers, we appreciated the free shuttle that provided a tour of the city. The staff was extremely friendly and we felt safe with our two-year-old daughter. There was also a 24/7 gym and a delicious bistro downstairs.

The lobby restaurant had a disappointing meal with a lackluster menu and unappealing hot plates. the ambiance was lacking, and the overall appearance could use improvement.
