Always go back here. First stay, staff helped find taxi. Wi, Fi, free parking, 24/7 reception perfect. Has fitness center, indoor pool, lift, flat, screen TV. Also, express check, in/out, golf course, wheelchair access. Pets allowed, air, con, no smoking. Coming back for Xmas.

The staff at Hampton Inn were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early, making our stay much more convenient. the check-out process was quick and easy, adding to the overall positive experience. the room was spotless and the hotel's location was ideal.

Attending a concert nearby, stayed for a week with my mom who has mobility issues. Great location, friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice pool. Loved the free coffee and drinks in the lobby. Special rate for families with patients at Riverside hospital, must book directly. Tasty breakfast that changed daily. Highly recommend for families with loved ones at Riverside.

Located conveniently near the Olentangy river and close to the events we attended, this hotel was great for our needs. Despite being situated in a questionable area, there were many restaurants to choose from. The room was clean, comfortable and offered premium amenities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a large selection. Furthermore, our group had fun with the shuttle driver.

The employee who attended to the breakfast could have been more friendly and efficient.

Great stay at Hampton Inn. The pool was fabulous for my kids. The breakfast had a large selection, free, and delicious. We loved our stay, nice hotel and great location.

We enjoyed the complementary breakfast and shuttle service provided that saved us on parking fees and made our daily commute to the city easier. the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. the location was great as it was conveniently located near the city attractions and restaurants.
