Great breakfast and convenient location

This place is super close to the airport, and the free breakfast is awesome! The staff was friendly, but kinda unprofessional. The rooms definitely need some TLC though; mine had stains and the carpet was a little gross. If you just need a quick stop, it's fine, but don’t expect luxury here.

The hotel's convenient location was right in the middle of where we wanted to tour and shop, making it very convenient for us. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and fairly quiet, despite being at the end of the hall. The basic amenities provided were up to date and spotless, ensuring a pleasant stay. Moreover, the breakfast offered fluffy eggs and perfectly cooked bacon, which was a delicious start to our day.

The only downside was that the room was not cleaned for the two days we were there.

The staff at Comfort Suites was incredibly helpful, offering shuttle service even though we arrived late at night. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great.

The hotel also had a lingering smell and lacked staff presence at times.

Rooms are spacious and well furnished with desk, table, and pull out sofa. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. Hot showers are available. Good value for the price. Staff has improved and breakfast is well-served.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a heated pool and a warm hot tub that were perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The location was excellent, being super close to the airport and also close to the beautiful Smoky Mountains. We also appreciated the fact that there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast options were plentiful and everything we tried was delicious.

We loved our stay at this place. It is conveniently close to the airport and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and came with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-fridge and ironing facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus after a long day of travel.

The room was spacious, and I appreciated the extra space provided by the sofa. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, placing me right in the middle of the places I wanted to tour and shop. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

My recent stay at Comfort Suites was wonderful! I stayed for three nights while visiting Maryville. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and even a Starbucks. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, offering a midnight pick-up service from the airport. They also had a new Mercedes transit van for convenient transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great shower, comfortable beds. The amenities such as the fridge, TV, and AC worked well, and the curtains helped block out any outside light. a great experience!

The breakfast had a variety of options and the waffles were delicious. the location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the airport. the room was quiet, which made for a peaceful stay.

The cleanliness of the rooms was extremely disappointing. There were leftover food and trash from previous guests, and the linens on the pull-out couch seemed unchanged.

Being close to the airport was convenient for those taking off early, and there were plenty of restaurants within a two-mile radius. The hotel is also situated near a beautiful walking path and the Springbrook family park, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

No significant areas of improvement - all was ok.

Stayed here for a quick overnight before our morning flight. Left car for 6 days at a reasonable price and got free shuttle to and from the airport. The lady who drove us was extremely nice and helpful. Room was clean with comfy beds. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of Knoxville. Close to airport.
