Pet barking issue addressed promptly. Trash bags shortage noted.

During my Xmas stay, the spacious and stylish room was the best aspect of this hotel. the furniture was of high quality and the live houseplants in the decor just added a touch of elegance. the hotel's location was also a plus, making it easy for us to get around. the front porch was just a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy in the summer's humidity.

There were some negative aspects of this hotel. the AC was difficult to control, and there were no instructions given, so our room got a bit stuffy.

Our stay was comfortable with well-designed rooms and interesting artwork. We enjoyed the restaurant as well as the spacious accommodations. It was a good value with clean linens and a comfy bed. The building itself was beautiful with tasteful decor and unique details. We also appreciated the staff's prompt response to our bathroom issue and providing us with a nearby room to shower during the inconvenience.
