We had an amazing experience at the resort! the staff, including the manager, were attentive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had beautiful ocean views. the full kitchen was modern and convenient. the front desk staff, particularly Yulia and Yari, were friendly and efficient in checking us in and answering our questions. the resort also provided adaptive equipment for those who needed assistance in the pool. the location was great, with a small beach and plenty of nearby restaurants. we highly recommend this resort for its outstanding ocean views and excellent amenities.

My recent stay at the hotel was exceptional! the location was perfect, close to everything and right on the beach. the staff, including Harold, Gavina, James, Aziz, Tamara. the check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Bryan at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful, leaving us with a great first impression of the hotel. the beach was beautiful, offering great snorkeling opportunities with colorful fish, cuttlefish, and even octopi. the hotel restaurant was convenient, and the parking was ample and free. the resort fee was reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find free laundry service. the kitchen and bathroom in our room were spotless, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The kitchen had top-notch appliances and the shower in our room was spacious and beautifully tiled. The pool was well-maintained, despite the recent hurricane, and the beach area was just as stunning as the other beaches on the island. The pool bar was a convenient spot for snacks and drinks, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. it felt like a home away from home, especially for us young holiday goers!

Our recent stay at this beach resort was excellent! The location is perfect for travelers catching an early flight with the airport being so close. Additionally, the hotel offers stunning views of the crystal-clear ocean and provides private beach access to its guests. We loved the spotless and spacious rooms, top-notch bathroom, and friendly service by the staff. Breakfast was delicious and provided us with plenty of options. Furthermore, the resort had great facilities including snorkeling, free laundry, and ample parking.

We did notice that the pool lacked enough shaded areas which can be a slight inconvenience.

hilton in pelican key was amazing, exceeded expectations at the wedding ceremony. staff was friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and comfortable. overall, a top-notch experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, being close to many restaurants and having the best beach I've ever been to. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and spacious room that had a fully functioning kitchen. The balcony provided a relaxing view of the beach, and the pool and hot tub offered stunning ocean views. The staff, especially Yohanna and Adonis, were exceptional, always wearing a smile and ensuring our stay was comfortable.

We recently stayed at a hotel near the airport for one night and had a great experience with Hilton. the location was convenient and within walking distance to some nice restaurants. the beach, although small, was beautiful and we enjoyed snorkeling right off the hotel's beach. the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

I had an amazing time here! The location is perfect, right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with everything I needed. I loved having a kitchen and dining table, and the amenities were top-notch. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. I also enjoyed the fitness centre and game room. this place exceeded my expectations and provided me with a wonderful vacation experience.

I would recommend this venue to anyone.

The location of the hotel was perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach and stunning ocean views. The kitchen in our room was well-designed and made it easy for us to prepare our own meals. We also appreciated having access to a laundromat on the property, as well as washers and dryers in the units. The comfortable bed made us feel like we were at home, and the shower was the icing on the cake. We love Diamond Resort properties!

One issue we encountered was with the elevator. When there were three slightly overweight people on the elevator, it would not budge, and someone had to get off.

We enjoyed the complementary facts such as the refreshing freshwater pool and easy access to nearby Marina and Ferry. the location was ideal, near restaurants and bars with great parking. we appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms with well-equipped kitchens that housed four people comfortably.

Some guests left their towels on beach chairs and the staff did not enforce the rule, perhaps due to unmotivated receptionists.
