The friendly staff, especially Harleigh, made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's size was perfect for us, as seniors, and the hot tub was a great way to relax on a freezing evening. The eating area was clean, the food was well-cooked and fresh, and there was a good selection of juices. The staff was attentive without being intrusive.

There were a couple of negative aspects that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the jacuzzi in the suite I rented was not functioning at all, and despite reporting the issue, the management did not provide any compensation or offer a discount for my next stay.
