I keep coming back for the cozy rooms, stunning ocean views, and helpful staff. They once returned my forgotten sim cards. The amenities, like free Wi-Fi, heated pool, and beach access, suit me perfectly. I can't wait to return for New Year's!

The hotel is located right on the cliffs where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. The newly remodeled decor adds a touch of modernity to the cozy Tudor cottage look. Though breakfast included wasn't highly quality, there was a good variety of options from healthy choices to delicious Belgian waffles.

Great rooms - spacious, clean, and comfortable. On-site laundry, beach view patio, hot tub, and morning breakfast. Stunning location above sea cave cliffs with easy beach access. Oceanfront rooms with windows opening to the sound of the ocean. Excellent customer service, fireplace issue promptly resolved. Heated pool with reserved time slots. Delicious nearby restaurant called Cape Cod in Shell Beach.

It was all superb.

The view was spectacular, overlooking the gardens and the ocean. Got to enjoy a semi-private terrace outside my upgraded ground floor room. The fire pits were charming and I even spotted whales from the cliff seating area!

The noise from Highway 101 was quite bothersome, and the lack of soundproofing meant a disrupted night's sleep. The room felt outdated and in need of maintenance, with dirty floors and old amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just by the Pacific Ocean. The hotel facilities were charming and not kitschy like some others in this city. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and it was convenient that I could bring it back to my room. Plus, the parking was easy and there was transportation nearby.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

We got incredible value for our money with a comfortable and clean room, complete with a cozy bed and plenty of towels. The decor was charming, and we loved the ample mirror space. The different choices of coffee in the room were a nice touch. We also enjoyed spending time by the outdoor fire pit, taking in the breathtaking coastal views. The staff, with the exception of one older staff member, were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The beach access was incredible, with plenty of caves and sea shells to explore. the variety of breakfast options, from healthy choices to delicious Belgian waffles, was a major plus. the staff, especially Justin, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Additionally, the heated pool and jacuzzi, with lifts for handicapped individuals, were a great amenity.

The rooms lacked air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable sleep during the hot nights. the cleanliness of the bathroom left something to be desired, with certain areas needing more attention.

Very comfortable rooms, well-maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when I needed duct tape. The free breakfast was a great bonus, especially when traveling with kids. Spectacular views from the fire pits.

We included Pismo Beach as our last stop before traveling back to San Francisco to fly back home. And what a pleasant surprise! I thought it was one of the prettiest of all the Californian coast, raw and unspoiled. That view from the terrace overlooking the bay is so beautiful and calming I didn't want to leave. Lovely staff. Definite keeper.
