The hotel was clean, had great facilities, convenient parking, and was located close to everything I wanted to do in this city, including being in a quiet area of Old Town and close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Secondly, the location is perfect as it's situated in the charming Old Town area, with plenty of great restaurants just a stone's throw away. Thirdly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities and had breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and a great value for money.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and the location was perfect, right in the city center. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar with its excellent food and cool atmosphere.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the breakfast options at the lobby bar in the morning were disappointing, with tired pastries that we had to throw out.

My stay at Hotel Chaco was amazing from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. When I arrived late with my pet, they quickly checked me in and even helped me order room service before the kitchen closed. The food was exceptional and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms are spacious and well-designed. I loved the motion sensor light in the beautiful bathroom. The location was also perfect for exploring the Old Town area and it was easy to get to other parts of the city. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an incredible experience at a hotel in Albuquerque. On our first night, my daughter lost her tooth and we were in a panic trying to make it special. The front desk staff went above and beyond, bringing out an envelope from the tooth fairy with glitter and a five dollar bill. The service was truly amazing!

Arrival and parking were a slight inconvenience as a car blocked the entrance and valet service was unavailable. However, we managed to find parking on the other side of the building.

Exceptional service, complimentary upgrade, amazing breakfast in bed, beautiful design, friendly and professional staff.

The lipstick left on the bathroom mirror the whole stay was a nice touch. the balcony with a beautiful view of the nearby construction site was a highlight of the trip. the staff's shouty greetings every time we passed the front desk were definitely amusing.

The sweaty, hairy man hogging the hot tub was revolting and ruined any chance of relaxation. the bedsheets had mysterious stains and itch-inducing fabric.
